1. You can use a dry cloth or a vacuum cleaner to wipe out the dust and hair on the surface.
2. Pls do not wash the HEPA filter, if you find the HEPA which is usually in white color but turned to dark color, it is necessary to be changed.
3. To maintenance the active carbon filter, you can put it in the sunlight in periods to avoid adsorption saturation and influence the purify effect.
4. You can use a brush to clean the dust on fan blades.
5. To maintenance the odor / dust sensor, it's better to follow the steps in user manual.

1. What is the MOQ?

A: MOQ of air purifier is normally 300-500 pcs with brown box and logo branding, color box MOQ is normally 1000 pcs.
MOQ of humidifier is around 1000 pcs, custom box and logo branding is provided.
MOQ of electric fans is around 1000-2000 pcs, custom box and logo branding is provided.
MOQ of PTC heater is around 1000 pcs, custom box and logo branding is provided.
 

      2. What is your sample terms? And what is the delivery time for the sample?

A: The sample usually will be sent out via DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, etc. And the time for delivery normally will be 3-7 days for small products and 7-10 days for big unit, another 3-5 days may need if there is any modification requirement on the circuit board. And your sample cost usually will be returned to you from the balance when your order confirmed.
