Intelligent Control Panel: Its easy-to-read screen can be touched to manage the settings. The air quality detection result (PM2.5 index) displays on it by digits with 3-color indication light. You can set it in "Sleep Mode" that it will filter the air with low noise level and turn the display light off for a quiet comfortable indoor environment.









 

Installation Instructions

 

How to Replace the HEPA filter for KJ350H air cleaner?
It has a filter replacing indicator, the button "Filter Replace" will blink to remind you filter replacement. Please note that turn off the machine before changing the filter. 

1. Trun KJ350H air cleaner upside down.
2. Rotate the cover of hepa filter to take it out as shown on image above.
3. Replace a new hepa filter.
4. Rotate the cover back, press the button of "filter replace" to reset the filter life time indicator.

Each air purifier is in a safty package, with one polybag packed, foam protection,strong export carton which is passed the drop-testing. We can also supply color box or customized package way for the air purifier.

1. What is the MOQ?
Normally, MOQ will be at least 300-500 units each model, if we have stock, less quantity will be accepted.

2. What is the filters are we using now?
We are using 4 stages of filters, Prefilter + H13 HEPA filter + Active Carbon filter + photocatalyst / Coldcatalyst filter which have great help in odor removal, Cleaner for Allergies, Pets, Smokers, Mold, Pollen and Dust.

3. When should I replace the filters?
HEPA Filters can often be used continuously for more than six months, the actual life depends on the actual air quality levels. Our machine has the filter change indication function to remind users when should change filters.

4. What is the delivery time for the sample?
Sample ready time will be: 2-3 days after payment received. Samples will be sent out via DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, etc.

5. What are your warranty terms?
Our machine warranty is one year.
