Product Functions:

KJ350H hepa filter air cleaner comes with an intelligent micro-touch control panel, micro touching the button on control panel to manage the functions. This air cleaner has installed a dust sensor which auto measure the dust concentration, numerically and color-coded report the air quality in the room. KJ350H functions including:

Wind Speed Adjustment: KJ350H provides 4 gears airflow speed for adjustment, you can custom it for your optimal comfort. Set it at "Auto Mode", the air purifier machine will auto choose the wind speed depending on the air quality, set it at "Sleep Mode", all the lights turn off, the machine will operate at a low wind speed and low noise, help to contribute a quiet and comfortable environment.

Timing Setting: KJ350H air cleaner with uv light has a 12 hours timer. Press the button " Timer Off" when power is on, the devince will auto shut off when time is up. Press the "Timer On" button, the machine will auto start when time is up. 

UV Light Disinfection: UV light has sterilization effect, can eliminate bacteria from the air. KJ350H has equipped with UV led light (UV-A or UV-C) which effectively at inactivating airborne germs, you can turn this function on/off as need.

Child Lock: Hold the "Childlock" button for 5 seconds to activate the safety lock function, the rest buttons are freeze, prevent the children and pets from error operation.

How to Replace the HEPA filter for KJ350H Air Cleaner?

It has a filter replacing indicator, the button "Filter Replace" will blink to remind you to replace filter. 

1. Trun KJ350H air cleaner upside down.
2. Rotate the cover of hepa filter to take it out as shown on image above.
3. Replace a new hepa filter.
4. Rotate the cover back, press the button of "filter replace" to reset the filter life time indicator.

1. What is the MOQ?
Normally, the minimum order quantity will be at least 300-500 unites each model for OEM order, and we support sample order and trial order with small quantity. 

2. What is the filter are we using now?
We are using 4 stages of filter, include pre-filter, medical grade hepa 13 filter, activated carbon filter, photocatalyst or coldcatalyst filter, which have great help in removal of odor, allergens, pet dander, cigarette smoke, mold, pollen and dust.

3. When should I replace the filter?
HEPA filters can often be used continuously for more than 6 months, the actual life time depends on the the actual air quality level and frequency of use. Our machines have the filter replacing indication function to remind users when should change filter.

4. What is the delivery time for sample?
Sample ready time will be 2-3 days after payment received, samples will be sent out by DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, etc.

5. What are the warranty terms?
The warranty time of our machine is one year, and the motor is five year, 0.3%-1% components spart parts can be provided if needed.
