ST-00, a large commercial food dehydrator which can allows to dehydrated around 70 kgs foods. 24 trays seems less compare to other dehydrators with 80 or 96 trays, but you need to notice the size of each tray is 670x670mm, almost two times of other trays. 

The dehydrator is made of 201 stainless steel body plus 304 stainless steel trays.

Brushed stainless steel case looks very beautiful. Double door design with tempered glass for easy seeing through. There are two stainless steel buckle to lock up the door. 

For such a big and heavy item, there are usually collocating with 4 wheels for portable moving.

6 ventilation fan motors drive the hot air in cabinet evenly.
