Product Function

We adopt HEPA filter in our air purifiers, grades H11 or H13.

H11, 95% purification to particles > 0.3microns.

H13, 99% purification to particles > 0.3microns.

KJ380 is built with H13 filter, as well as Preliminary filter, active carbon filter, negative ions and coldcatalyst filter, for high efficient cleaning work.

Remove foul smell, smok, acid and bacterium, block dust, dirt, animal hair, pollen and allergens.


How to change a filter? 
1.  Open the filter cover, it is on the back side. Pull it up and take it away.
2.  Unlock the flter lock handle to right position (the black one on the bottom of filter is handle).Then you can take out the old filter.
3.  Remove away the polybag of a new filter, put it to the filter lock,and push the lock handle to the left side. Insert the purifier cover.

1. What is the MOQ?
Normally, MOQ will be at least 300-500 units each model, if we have stock, less quantity will be accepted.

2. What is the filters are we using now?
We are using 4 stages of filters, Prefilter + H13 HEPA filter + Active Carbon filter + photocatalyst / Coldcatalyst filter which have great help in odor removal, Cleaner for Allergies, Pets, Smokers, Mold, Pollen and Dust.

3. When should I replace the filters?
HEPA Filters can often be used continuously for more than six months, the actual life depends on the actual air quality levels. Our machine has the filter change indication function to remind users when should change filters.

4. What is the delivery time for the sample?
Sample ready time will be: 2-3 days after payment received. Samples will be sent out via DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, etc.

5. What are your warranty terms?
Our machine warranty is one year, and motor is five years, 0.3-1% components will be provided if needed.
