Aweykitchen ST-02 utilizes a powerful motor and high quality heating elements to do an excellent job of dehydrating food. The entire dryer is made of stainless steel and all edges are polished to a smooth finish. With 16 trays and a total volume of 100 liters, it offers plenty of space for drying a wide range of foods at once. The trays are removable for washing and dishwasher safe. The mechanical control system is easy to use, with time and temperature settings at the turn of a knob. With a temperature range of 40-90°C, low temperature dehydration retains most of the food's nutrients.

Control Panel of Food Dehydrator
Rotary knobs control : Two knobs to control the time setting and temperature setting, timer from 0 to 15 hours and temperature from 40 to 90 degree Celsius. An On/Off button, if it stays in the middle, machine power off, if it was put towards the "ON" side, it will keep working until you turn it off, if it was put towards the "Timer", you can set a time to have it stop working automatically.
Micro-touch control with a digital display: Time ranges from 0 to 24 hours, temperature can be set in to Celsius or Fahrenheit 20-90ºC ( 68~194ºF)
Besign the control panel, there is a warning to tell you how to use the dehydrator safely and a brief recipe reference.
Long-lasting and solid fully stainless steel dehydrator
201 brushed stainless steel body is very nice, sturdy and durable, the front door is designed with a tempered glass that you can see through it to check the dehydration level. There are several rows of holes are used for releasing steam, in order to speed up to remove the moisture from food. Aluminum alloy handle keeps you away from getting hurt by the hot surface. With door buckles, you can lock the door easily.
Food grade 304 stainless steel trays is safe to human body, you can put foods on trays directly without worrying about the healthy issue.
The lifting handles supports easy lifting and the wheels allow us to move it easily, the wheels can be fixed.
